These terms govern the use of ALYGN ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. What the Service provides

The Service is a self-check tool that uses AI facial-landmark analysis to estimate facial balance (asymmetry) and provides related exercise information.

Analysis and exercise content are free; signing up enables extra features such as saved history.

3. Medical disclaimer (important)

Analysis results and exercise content are for reference only and are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.

Results can vary with lighting, angle, and expression.

If you have pain or symptoms, consult a medical professional. The Service does not replace medical judgment.

4. Accounts

You must sign up with accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.

Using another person’s information or transferring an account is prohibited.

5. Prohibited conduct

· Analyzing another person’s photo without consent

· Interfering with normal operation of the Service (abuse of automation, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.)

· Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of the content

6. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service’s content (exercise descriptions, design, software) belong to the operator.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of results and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for damages arising from their use.

The Service is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or system failures.

8. Changes
